Edmond Junior Golf Academy
The Edmond Junior Golf Academy is a program for children ages 5-18. The program covers swing development, short game, proper golf etiquette and creating a positive competitive attitude.
This introduction to the game of golf is designed to ultimately equip each participant with the knowledge and confidence to play for a lifetime. Students will be grouped into learning teams according to age, gender, and playing ability. Each lesson is 45 min – 1 hour in length and covers the following:
- Grip
- Stance
- Ball Position
- Swing Mechanics & Motion
- Short Game (Putting, Chipping, Pitching, etc.)
- Safety
- Knowledge of Rules
- Etiquette Training
- Sportsmanship
- Games & Prizes!!
